By registering for and accessing MHI's learning platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the services provided.

2. Registration and Payment

Registration requires a valid email address, and payment for extended access to content. All payments are non-refundable. Access to pre-recorded workshops will be granted on the day of the event and for the agreed length of time upon successful registration and/or payment.

3. Use of Content

Content is provided for informational purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of the content is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights of MHI remain with MHI, their licensors, and individual presenters who developed the workshop content.

5. Limitation of Liability

MHI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the summit content.

6. Data Collection and Marketing

By registering, you consent to having your email address added to our database for future communications. You can opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in our emails.

7. Changes to Terms

The organizers may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the conference services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
